| This year’s Water Polo Development Camp will be held on 2nd-4th June at Royal Hospital School, Holbrook, Ipswich. The Camp is open to all East Region players born in 2002-2004 of any ability level, and will include pool training, matches, theory and land work.
The Camp costs £120 per player including all meals, accommodation and training.Click here to download the booking form and poster. U18 Boys selection trial at RHS postponed to 24th January
The U18 Boys IR squad selection trial has been postponed from Sunday 17th January after further discussion with parents and coaches. It will now take place on Sunday 24th January at 1pm-3pm (note the earlier start time).
The U18 Girls selection trial will still go ahead as planned on Sunday 17th January at 1pm-3pm.

The initial selection & training sessions for East Region’s U18 Girls & Boys Inter-Regional squads will be held at Royal Hospital School, Holbrook, Ipswich IP9 2RX on Sunday 17th January. The Girls session will be at 1pm-3pm followed by the Boys session at 3pm-5pm.
Players born in 1999-2002 are invited to attend (please note the details of player eligibility below). The cost of this session will be £10 per head.
Bronze medal for East Angels U14 team
Congratulations to the East Angels U14 Girls team who put in a splendid effort to clinch the Bronze medal at last month’s Inter-Regional Championship.
After winning their first three games, the Angels were set back by a defeat at the hands of North West Thunder. To make matters worse our girls then had to play ultimate winners London Region in the semi-finals. But a superb effort in the 3rd-4th place playoff rewarded East Angels with a much deserved Bronze medal after an impressive victory over North West Lightning.
