From the 2nd April the regular Inter training session at Felixstowe will reduce by 15 mins to finish at 8:45pm.  This coincides with with us having exclusive use of the whole pool making it possible to do more ball/match work.  The Inter session will be followed by a 45 min Junior training session.

Also a reminder can you update your payment arrangements from 1st of April to £27 per month per Inter squad player if you have not already done so.
