The Spring term starts on Saturday 12th Jan 2013. The cost of the RTC this season is £70 per term and includes up to 10 sessions of coaching by ASA level 2 qualified coaches.

Each athlete selected for RTC will be put forward for inclusion into the GB England Talent Programme. This will qualify the athlete to attend the National Training Camp at Millfield depending on their age group (the August 2013 NTC is for athletes born in 1998 & 1999).

The lead RTC coaches are part of the national coach developmant programme. They are: Chris Cawood and Sue White Both  ASA Level 2, England Talent U15 girls assistant coaches, Suffolk Coastal Torpedoes Coaches & Iceni Coaches.

Basildon coaches will also be attending on a regular basis to assist and assure a common approach is being made across the two centres.

The Suffolk RTC is held at the Royal Hospital School and will start at 11.00 am in the pool. Athletes should arrive between 10.30 and 10.45 in order to be changed and ready. The pool session finishes at 12.30 and players should be changed and leaving the facility at 12.45.
